Today is a pretty good day in the fight against obesity and insulin resistance. My weight is down to 269 and I have lost 4 inches around my waist. Trying on pants yesterday, I was fitting into a 44 instead of a 48. That felt pretty good. My swim on friday dropped my blood sugar from 160ml to 120ml, I have not been seeing that sort of drop after exercise, so that's a good sign. My mood has stabilized and I have decent focus.
