HCG Day 11

The effects of reality on plans is never lost on me and its no different in this case. I'm 11 days into this diet and I am still not in ketosis. The good news is I know why, the bad news is that I'm already 1/4 of the way through. Yesterday I went to see my Dr so we could come up with a plan to get things working. The problem is my blood sugar. We came up with a few strategies that seem to be working, but its a waiting game at this point. I've added a new supplement, some cinnamon, and some MCT. I've also switched out my apples and oranges for berries, which are lower in carbs.
