Induction and such

I was 268.0 even today, so the weight is still coming off. I've been good with my portions and my food selections, though I need to stay away from the peanuts at work. It's a little known fact that the only reason nuts are not part of induction is because people typically have a hard time controlling portion size when eating them. I fell into that a little yesterday but was still able to keep my carbs below 20. I went for a swim yesterday. I'm guessing that the pool at my gyn is about a 1/4 the length of an olympic pool, I swam 5 times "there and back" so probably 2 and a half good laps.
